Mr. Wunna Htun

Mr. Wunna Htun is a Deputy Director of the Design Branch at the Department of Hydropower Implementation under the Ministry of Electricity and Energy. He holds a M.Eng Degree and joined the government services in 2004. He has participated in the construction of hydropower projects as a construction engineer. Moreover, he has been involved in In-house Engineer for the hydropower trainings by Japanese and European consults for 6 years. Currently, he is working as a team leader in design for Thahtay project and Upper Keng Tawng project in cooperation with Norwegian Consultants as well. His areas of interest are planning, design, geotechnical engineering and construction management on hydropower development.
